Who X4 Group is.
We are a group of specialist recruitment brands, not a general agency with sector desks.
The group exists so a client can brief once and reach the right specialist, and so a consultant never has to work outside the market they know. Each brand owns its own market, consultants and candidate network. The group provides the platform behind them: compliance, contractor payroll, research and technology.
In practice that means the person who takes your brief has placed the role before, and the operational parts of hiring, right to work, IR35, invoicing across three regions, are handled without you managing them.
